— BUILT ON SINGLETRACK. NOT SOBRIETY MEETINGS.

You’ve done the hard part.

What comes next?

You're not in crisis.

You've picked up the pieces and gotten your life back on track.

But something still feels unresolved — like you're not quite sure what to do with the life you've built.

“Most men who quit drinking get healthier.

Fewer figure out what they actually want next.

This is the work that comes after the hard work.”

Is this for you?

At some point, something had to change. Maybe everything fell apart. Maybe you just knew it was time. You're not in crisis anymore. You're functioning. Capable. Back on your feet. You're riding again. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But something still feels off.

Much of who you are was shaped by what you went through. That's not a problem. But at some point you stop asking "how do I get through this" and start asking yourself:

What still fits? What doesn't? And what do I want to choose deliberately now?

This is for men who are ready to answer that.

What this work does

  • Reframes past mistakes as hard-earned lessons

  • Loosens the grip of shame and stigma without denying responsibility

  • Carries the past forward with clarity instead of weight

  • Grounds your decisions in who you are now, not who you used to be

  • Develops the quiet confidence from having the clearest head in the room

My Approach and Background

I'm Zach — husband, father, gratefully flawed. I stopped drinking eight years ago and spent a long time figuring out what came next. Not just the logistics of living alcohol-free, but the deeper question of who I actually wanted to be and what I wanted to build.

That question is what drives everything I do.

My approach is direct and framework-driven. I'm here to help you see the story you've been living, identify what still belongs going forward, and make deliberate decisions about what comes next. No posturing. No deflecting. Just honest work with capable men who are ready to move.

If that's where you are, let’s talk.

Story ARC Workbook

This is a 3-part workbook that helps you get started on a self-guided authorship journey.

What is narrative-based coaching?

The narrative approach separates you from the problem. When you stop treating past trauma as your identity, you can see it clearly and work with it instead of being defined by it.

We use the Story ARC framework: Awareness, Reclamation, and Choice. You revisit the story. Not to relive it, but to see it clearly with the perspective you have now. From there you reclaim what it actually means. Then you decide what you want to carry forward, and what you're finally ready to put down.

If you're in active addiction, acute trauma, or crisis, you may need different support before starting this work. Reach out anyway. As a Certified Recovery Professional, I can help you find the resources you need to take the next step safely. This guidance is always free of charge.
